A GPS-triggered web experience across 20 locations in UK for GASP. As attendees reach each location, hidden content unlocks: artist audio, animated AR objects, exclusive footage, and collectibles.

Built with custom geofencing logic, Web Audio API, and Three.js overlays. No native app. 4,200 attendees activated content across all 20 locations over the festival weekend.
